I am struggling with getting Riley to move while holding the dumb bell. Today was the first day she took more than two steps. I still have to tug her to get her started moving. Then she anticipates the give. She shuts down, even cowers, when I correct her. I didn't think I'd get her to go up or down stairs, but we tried the two steps at the sliders. She was able to accomplish that, but then dropped the dumb bell at the end.
Riley did the downs from a sit pretty good.
EXCELLENT PROGRESS on the HOLD and moving from the Stand Janet. I will give you a new mechanic today to help Riley understand. I can see her hesitation as a result of being confused. Will explain in class today. You and she are very close to getting this and success is just up and down a few steps-:)
