Good, but room for improvement. Watch closely and you will see Riley's head goes up every time you start to do the retrieve work. So, you can't really do the Conditioned Relaxation Stroke as her head is held high in the air. This is resistance so you must get her head down until you can feel she 'relaxes' into the mechanics of the retrieve work. Besides Sophie, what else was the distraction Riley was working against?
Heeling Stick is GOOD. So was the ending. I would have not stepped over the Heeling Stick and just taken a tiny EF as Riley was correct in honoring that 'boundary' on the ground.
When her head is up, you use your right hand, the index, middle and ring fingers on the top of her nose and put steady downward pressure to encourage her to drop her nose under the pressure. Until she drops her nose and relaxs, the pressure remains on her nose.
The INSTRUCTOR EXAM video clearly showed me using freeze dried liver under Boaz's nose as a distraction. You are to do the same . If you don't work the dog against HIGH distractions, they will flail and fail.

Riley's head wasn't always up on the practices this week, but when it is up, what do I need to do? And at what point do I start the relaxation stroke?

I didn't know the heeling stick was a 'boundary'. I was following the video example and couldn't hear the audio if you mentioned the boundary.
